Return Policy

We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, which is why we make sure to send you the best possible quality and pack your order in reasonable standards. In case you want to apply for a refund, please go through our refund policy:

Damaged Products: For damaged products, please make sure to record a video while opening your parcel & share it with us over WhatsApp along with your order details, within 3 days after receiving your order. We will either recall the delivered products and send a replacement or offer a full/partial refund. Claims filed after 3 days will not be entertained.

Insufficient Quantity: If the product quantity is less than what you ordered, please contact us over WhatsApp within 24 hours of the delivery date. We will either fulfill the quantity or offer you a refund for the number of products missing.

Incorrect Product: If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us over WhatsApp within 3 days of the delivery date. We will get the delivered products exchanged with the correct ones, bearing the courier/cargo charges as well.

Refunds or Exchange for correctly delivered order: 15% of the bill will charged as Refund or Exchange fee, for correctly delivered order.

Guaranteed Size and Material: We guarantee the size (with a marginal difference) and material of the product. Refunds/replacements will be offered if the item you receive is of the wrong size. As every good product has different ingredients and preparation styles, in case our packaging product does not support your food item, we do not offer refunds.
